FIRST SUNDAY VIRTUAL RETREAT

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: In consideration for and as a condition of being allowed to participate in this voluntary activity, I agree to take full responsibility for all risks that exist to myself, including the risk of injury to my person or loss or damage to my property. I understand that there may be risks that Inspiration Retreats cannot predict or foresee, and I also assume full responsibility for those risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I release, Inspiration Retreats, any subdivision or unit of Inspiration Retreats, its officers, employees, and agents, from all liability, claims, costs, expenses, injuries and/or losses to person or property, which I may sustain because of or connected with participation in this event. I carefully read this document, understand its contents, and freely/voluntarily agree with contents. Attendance at the event is attest of same.
