Reservations are made on first come first serve basis. Each person must reserve his or her room individually as soon as
possible with a valid credit/debit card. A valid credit/debit card is required to make reservations and
if room not cancelled according to policy, (1) night’s charge will be on your credit/debit card for
date of reservation. If credit/debit card is not valid we will cancel reservation without notice. If you
are going to be responsible for making reservations for the entire group, I will need the first night’s
deposit for each room. If deposit not made, there is no reservation. The Comfort Inn meeting room is
available for $175.00 per day and must be prepaid at time of reservation. There is no guarantee for
meeting room unless payment received in advance. Meeting room cancellations require 60 days
advance notice for refund. Rates do not include 13% taxes.
Check in time begins at 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Guest room cancellation policy is
48 hours prior to the arrival date or deposit is forfeited. Please do not hesitate to call if you have
